1. What is Mobile CRM+ for MSCRM?

Mobile CRM+ is a Mobile client that provides Mobile access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server from a IPad smart phone. In addition to providing full access to the MSCRM server, it has some additional features which make it more desirable. Some of them are: (a) it does not require any changes to the CRM server, (b) it is sold on one time licensing basis, no monthly fee, and the one time license fee is also quite inexpensive (c) it works in online/offline mode, (d) it integrates with device clients such as email/contact/phone/calendar/task/microphone/camera etc. so any activity related to these device apps can be directly tracked on CRM server through Mobile CRM+, (e) it is customization ready so most customizations can be done easily, often with no additional cost and many more…

2. What if I don’t want all features of Mobile CRM+?

Mobile CRM+ is designed such a way that individual modules can be separated and they will provide all features of the CRM for only limited entities. For example, Contact & Activity manager is a derivative of Mobile CRM+ that lets you work with all server contacts and activities related to the contacts and it is available at a much lower cost.

3. Do I have to make any changes to my CRM server in order to use Mobile CRM+?

No. If the OnPremise or Hosted server is accessible from Internet or if you are using Microsoft Online server, just install the mobile client and start using it. If your server can only be accessed using local IP or through VPN, you will need the Protected OnPremise version and need to install a Proxy service on another server through which you will access the CRM server. Still, no changes to the CRM server are required. This Proxy service is available free from us.
